Analisis Faktor Penyebab Ketidakcocokan Jumlah Barang dalam Stock Opname dengan Metode Dmaic di Toko Ritel King Frozen Food Ciwaruga

Stock opname merupakan kegiatan penting dalam toko ritel untuk memastikan ketepatan pencatatan persediaan barang. Namun, proses stock opname manual seringkali mengalami kendala seperti ketidakakuratan data, inefisiensi waktu, dan human error, Hal ini dapat menyebabkan kerugian finansial dan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor ketidakcocokan stok, dan mengatasi ketidakcocokan stok fisik dan sistem inventory di toko King Frozen Food dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Berdasarkan pengolahan data diperoleh penyebab ketidakcocokan stock opname yaitu barang datang tidak langsung di input, kesalahan menginput data barang yang datang ke sistem, barang keluar belum di input,sistem eror sehingga perlu menginput secara berkala,barang dari distributor selilisih, barang rusak atau expired tidak terdata penyebab terbesar dengan presentase 33%.Penerapan metode DMAIC dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi ketidakcocokan stok fisik dan sistem inventory di toko ritel King Frozen Food.
