Analisis Dampak Tindakan Bi dalam Penyehatan Lembaga Perbankan Syariah terhadap Tenaga Kerja pada Perbankan

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan guna melakukan analisis dampak tindakan BI (Bank Indonesia) dalam penyehatan lembaga perbankan syariah terhadap tenaga kerja pada perbankan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literature yang mana dalam studi literatur ini menggunakan model narrative riview. Dan metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa tindakan BI untuk menyehatkan lembaga perbankan tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan sektor finansial, tetapi juga memiliki konsekuensi yang signifikan terhadap tenaga kerja di perbankan. Dan dalam upaya penyehatan ini diperlukan strategi kebijakan yang holistik untuk memastikan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat diwujudkan bersamaan dengan stabilitas sektor perbankan.
