Pemanfaatan Kembali Penyaluran Dana Zakat Produktif melalui Kewirausahaan Sosial untuk Mengatasi Kemiskinan di Kota Surabaya

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemanfaatan kembali penyaluran zakat produktif oleh BAZNAS Surabaya melalui kewirausahaan sosial untuk mengatasi kemiskinan di kota Surabaya. Tujuan penyaluran dana zakat tidak hanya bantuan konsumsi, tetapi juga peningkatan kondisi ekonomi produktif penerima zakat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, zakat harus dikelola dengan baik dan produktif. Selain itu, kewirausahaan sosial merupakan salah satu alternatif solusi mandiri dan berkelanjutan terhadap permasalahan sosial di masyarakat khususnya kemiskinan di kota Surabaya. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan literatur (library research), dengan harapan akan mampu memotret bagaimana efektivitas pengelolaan dana zakat produktif melalui kewirausahaan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa zakat produktif memiliki potensi yang sangat strategis dalam mengatasi permasalahan kemiskinan di kota Surabaya. Secara konseptual, kewirausahaan sosial erat hubungannya dengan kinerja pengelolaan dana zakat produktif. Di mana konsep kewirausahaan sosial akan menonjolkan pada aspek sosial ekonomi, serta pada konsep tersebut menekankanmembangun kemandirian ekonomi bagi mustahiq di kota Surabaya. Dan secara empiris, kewirausahaan sosial akan mampu memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan kemiskinan secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan.
