Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Perkebunan Teh) Unit Tobasari

Abstrak
Dalam sebuah perusahaan sering terjadi masalah turunnya kinerja dari karyawan karena tentunya memiliki banyak faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi seperti masalah kompensasi, motivsi dan gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan gaya kepimimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN IV Perkebunan Teh Unit Tobasari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kuantitatif yang meliputi Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabelitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis Parsial (t), Simultan (f), dan Uji Determinasi (R2). Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS versi 26.0 pengaruh variabel dependen terikat dilakukan dengan Uji f dan Uji t dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (= 5%). Data yang digunakan penelitian merupakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari jawaban kuesioner yang dibagikan peneliti kepada sampel yang diambil secara random atau acak. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu kompensasi, motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan menghasilkan nilai yang positif dan berpangaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Secara uji Simultan (F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi, motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Perkebunan Teh) Unit Tobasari.
