TECHNIQUE AND ANALYSIS ON DETRIMENT OF DG III KRLAHP – 355 CAT LABEL TYPE 3412

Abstrak

KRI. Abdul Halim Perdanakusuma -355 is fifth ships from Achmad Yani Fregat class owned by indonesian navy. The name of ship token from national hero Abdul Halim Perdanakusuma but in the beginning this ship’s name is HNLMS Evertsen (F815) when it was owned by Netherland. Indonesia purchased from it. Now KRI Abdul Halim Perdanakusuma strengthen Koarmatim. In order to keep the ship always ready and good condition indonesian navy have to maintenance and repairing regularly according to standart operation, checking, maintenance and repair, and replace broken part. There are three basic analysis for detail part of generator, they are Piston, ring piston and cylinder liner also the lubricating. Then we compare with the standart for Cat 3412, for Cylinder liner standart Ø 137.19 + 0.03 mm checking result Ø 137.210 mm ,piston diameter standart Ø 137.00 + 0.03 mm checking result  Ø 136.89 mm,ring piston stadart 1^st compression = 0.724 + 0.191 mm checking result   0,95 mm , 2^nd compression = 1.080 + 0.191 hasil ukur 1,275 mm , Oil ring : 0.572 + 0.191 mm checking result  0,80 mm from checking we know that there are broken in 11 piece of  piston  ,11 piece of  ring piston  , 11 piece of Cylinder liner  and 1 set of packing T O.
