PENGARUH TEKNIK MULLIGAN TERHADAP PENURUNAN NYERI PADA KASUS LOW BACK PAIN NON SPESIFIK

Abstrak

Latar Belakang: Low back pain merupakan musculoskeletal disorder yang paling sering dikeluhkan oleh populasi di seluruh dunia. Postur tubuh yang buruk menyebabkan seseorang akan terkena low back pain non spesifik. Mulligan dengan teknik Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides (SNAGS) dapat menurunkan nyeri dan meningkatkan aktivitas fungsional pada kasus low back pain non spesifik.  Tujuan:Untuk mengetahui pengaruh mulligan terhadap penurunan nyeri pada penderita low back pain non spesifik.Metode:Penelitian ini menggunakan metode narrative review artikel berasal dari 3 database, yaitu Google Schollar, Sciencedirect ,dan Pubmed. Kriteria inklusi pada penelitian ini adalah artikel free full text yang membahas tentang mulligan terhadap penurunan nyeri pada low back pain non spesifik yang di publish tahun 2012-2022 berbahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.Hasil:Dari 15 artikel mulligan, 11 artikel menyatakan mulligan efektif dan 4 artikel menyatakan mulligan kurang efektif dalam menangani nyeri pada low back pain non spesifik. Dosis yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu 3 set, 6 repetisi, 3 sesi per minggu selama 4 minggu. Alat ukur yang paling banyak digunakan adalah VAS (Visual Analogue Scale). Pasien low back pain non spesifik paling banyak adalah perempuan dengan rentan usia 20-50 tahun dan berasal dari Benua Asia khususnya di Negara India. Kesimpulan:Pemberian mulligan efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri pada penderita low back pain non spesifik
