CERVICAL TRACTION DAN NEURAL MOBILIZATION UNTUK MENAMBAH LINGKUP GERAK SENDI PADA CERVICAL ROOT SYNDROME
Abstrak
Latar belakang : Cervical root syndrome adalah salah satu gangguan yang umum terjadi pada leher. Pengertian dari cervical root syndrome (CRS) atau cervical radiculopathy adalah suatu kondisi yang tidak normal akibat dari adanya iritasi atau penekanan akar saraf cervical karena trauma, athritis atau penonjolan diskus invertebralis di daerah leher. Salah satu upaya  fisioterapi untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat dengan kasus cervical root syndrome (CRS) adalah dengan pemberian cervical traction serta neural mobilization yang memberikan peningkatan lingkup gerak sendi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas yang dihasilkan dari kombinasi cervical traction dan neural mobilization pada berbagai gejala, untuk mengetahui dosis cervical traction dan neural mobilization yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan lingkup gerak sendi pada penderita Cervical root syndrome (CRS). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode narrative review dengan pencarian jurnal dilakukan di portal jurnal online yaitu Google Scholar dan Science direct. Hasil: Hasil rata rata pre dan post intervensi dengan pengukuran NDI sebesar 28.041, hasil paling signifikan adalah penelitian Dhuriya, 2021 dengan hasil 72.67 dan pengukuran goniometri paling signifikan yaitu penelitian Kim et al.,2017 dengan hasil rata rata selisih 12,36. Kesimpulan: Kombinasi cervical traction dan neural mobilization menunjukkan hasil peningkatan lingkup gerak sendi, penurunan nyeri dan peningkatan aktivitas fungsional meskipun begitu, hasil peningkatan yang signifikan didapatkan dari frekuensi terapi bukan dari dosis dan lama terapi
