Studi Penggunaan Obat Asam Asetilsalisilat (ASA) Pada Ibu Hamil Dengan Hipertensi Di RSI Jemursari Surabaya
Abstract
Hipertensi dalam kehamilan menjadi penyebab utama kematian ibu (30,8%) di Surabaya berdasarkan data Profil Kesehatan Surabaya Tahun 2023, dengan risiko persalinan prematur dan IUGR. Berdasarkan ISSHP dan ACOG kategori hipertensi dalam kehamilan yaitu hipertensi kronis, hipertensi gestasional, preeklampsia, eklampsia dan hipertensi kronis disertai preeklampsia. Penanganan atau profilaksis yang diberikan adalah obat ASA, dapat dikombinasikan dengan antihipertensi pada ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola penggunaan obat ASA pada pasien ibu hamil dengan hipertensi meliputi dosis obat, frekuensi obat, lama penggunaan, efektivitas obat dan DRP (Drug Related Problems) di RSI Jemursari Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode total sampling. Didapatkan sampel sebanyak 34 pasien yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi penelitian. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah pemberian obat ASA dengan dosis 80mg dan 100mg yang diberikan satu kali sehari selama 30 tablet tiap bulan. Efektivitas obat ASA juga dapat dikatakan efektif dari data sebanyak 25 pasien (73,53%) mengalami penurunan tekanan darah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dosis obat, frekuensi obat, dan lama penggunaan sudah tepat dan sesuai. Potensi terjadinya DRP yaitu interaksi berdasarkan tingkat keparahan yaitu moderate sedangkan interaksi obat berdasarkan mekanisme yaitu farmakodinamik pada pemberian ASA dengan nifedipin (32,35%) sehingga pemberian kedua obat tersebut tidak boleh diminumkan secara bersamaan.
