MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN HIDUP UNTUK MENGURANGI KELELAHAN KERJA : STUDI KASUS PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS KRATON PASURUAN
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan hidup dengan kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas Kraton Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Kraton Pasuruan, dengan sampel penelitian sejumlah 45 orang yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner model skala Likert dengan empat pilihan jawaban. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kepuasan hidup dengan kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Kraton Pasuruan, yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji hipotesis bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi r sebesar - 0,843 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, p lebih kecil dari 0,01. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat, signifikan, dan negatif antara life satisfaction dengan burnout. Dengan kata lain, semakin tinggi kepuasan hidup maka semakin rendah burnout, dan demikian pula sebaliknya.
