HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DENGAN KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan korelasional dengan populasi terdiri dari 166 guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri, dengan sampel di 118 guru di 6 Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Pertama, terdapat Hubungan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dengan Kinerja Guru dapat diterima, hal ini dapat diketahui dengan hasil perhitungan uji t dimana th > tt (5,011 > 1,645). Kedua, terdapat hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru dapat diterima, hal ini dapat diketahui dengan hasil perhitungan uji t dimana th > tt (8,837 > 1,645). Ketiga, terdapat Hubungan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1) dan Motivasi Berprestasi (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Guru (Y) dapat diterima, hal ini dapat diketahui dengan hasil perhitungan uji t dimana th > tt (4,434 > 1,645).
