Effect of Alkaline Water pH 8 Against Fibroblasts and Collagen In Rattus norvegicus With Wound Conditions Hyperglycemia
Abstrak
Introduction: Ulceration hypoglycemia was the local damage or excavation, the surface organ or tissue is accompanied by an increase of blood sugar. Antioxidant activity of alkaline water pH 8 can be stimulated the synthesis of fibroblasts proliferation and fiber collagen that will accelerate wound healing. Objective : To determine the effect of alkaline water pH 8 to fibroblats and collagen in Rattus norvegicus the condition of ulceration hypoglycemia. Method : The research used design of quasy experimental, to determine the effect of alkaline water pH 8 by treatment administered orally and washing. Sample were devided into 2 groups of 9 by random sampling, group of treatment administered orally and group of washing method. Results : The data were analyzed using Independent T Test on fibroblasts H4 be obtained difference between the treatment group and the control was p= 0,000 and H8 was p=0,001. The collagen H4 be obtained difference between treatment group and control group was p=0,004 and H8 was p=0,002. Conclusion: The alkaline water pH 8 was effected of fibroblats and collagen. This research was recommended to be combined with other material and multiply of samples to be representative.
