The Differences of Developmental Child that Live in Flats and Non Flats
Abstrak
Introduction: The development is a gradual growth and expansion, starting from the simple to the more complex things. The basic growth will influence and determine the next development of child. In the process of child development, the environment is a very important factor after genetic. Without support from the environmental factor, the process of development in realizing the potential of nature into real capabilities will not happen. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between environment factors and pre-school children development in flats. Method: Cross sectional design was used in this study. Fifty pre-school children were participated. Pre-Screening Development Questionnaire was used to measure a child's development. Result: The results showed of child development using pre-screening questionnaire development (KPSP) show that majority children experience with dubious development (54%), appropriate development (43%), and deviating development (3%). The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed there was a significant correlation between the environmental factors and pre-school children development in flats (p 0.000). Conclusion: there is a correlation between environmental factors residence: flat with child development.
