Effect Of Time Measurement Of Pressure Cuff Endotracheal Tube (Ett) Time Measurement Of Effectiveness In Patients With Airway Definitive

Abstrak

Introduction: Endotracheal intubation is the golden standar for the treatment of airway. Nurses have an important role in the treatment and measurement of pressure cuff endotracheal tube (ETT) on patients with respiratory failure who installed ventilator. Measurement of pressure cuff endotracheal tube (ETT) if not done will bring new problems in patients who mounted ventilator.  The goal of this study was to determine the effect of time pressure measurement cuff endotracheal tube (ETT) on the effectiveness of the measurement time in patients with definitive airway in ICU Hospital Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Methods: This study used a study design quasy experiment with the design of time series design. With the number of respondents 30 and performed statistical tests using ANOVA. Results: Based on the results of data analysis showed that the value of significance (p value) of the ANOVA test of 0.00 <0.05, for a value of p <0.05 or f count> f table, it means that there are significant differences. Conclusion: ETT cuff pressure measurement time is effective that after 4 hours of installation intubation ETT.
