Sexual Behavior Of Migrant Workers "BORO" HIV/AIDS Patient In Kudus

Abstrak

Introduction: The population increased and changed the function of soil with the rise of new settlements led to the limited farming so that rural communities increasingly difficult to obtain adequate employment. Alternative seen economic repercussions interesting is to work as an employee or a construction worker out of town or local people called "Boro". The consequence is leaving his wife for several months even years. Objective: To determine the sexual experiences of people with HIV/Aids before and after HIV infection. Method: Qualitative research methods with case studied through interviews used to explore the experience of the sexual behavior of people with HIV/Aids. Results:The study found factors of transmission of HIV/Aids of migrant workersâ€'Boro†are risk sex: Sexual violence, sexual intercourse with a person infected condomless sex, Come Localization/complex sexual commercial worker and Buying sex. Culture of the lower class did not stigma or discriminate to people living with HIV/AIDS. These revenues are strongly supported efforts to support care and treatment (CST). Conclusion:  Need to be communication, information and education about reproductive health and the dissemination of HIV/AIDS on migrant worker, especially beginners migrant workers "Boro".
