Pengaruh Persepsi Kegunaan, Kemudahan Penggunaan, Kepercayaan, Kualitas Layanan, Dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Minat Penggunaan Mobile Banking 2020 (Studi Kasus Nasabah Bri Kc Semarang)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan, kualitas layanan, dan word of mouth terhadap minat penggunaan mobile banking studi kasus nasabah BRI syariah KC Semarang. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui data primer dengan cara menyebar angket. Responden yang dipergunakan sejumlah 60 nasabah. Kemudian data yang sudah diperoleh dari respondek diolah menggunakan aplikasi statistik yaitu SPSS 23. Metode analisis data meliputi uji instrumen penelian, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji F, dan Uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan dan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan mobile banking. Kemudahan penggunaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadapminat penggunaan mobile banking.Kepercayaan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan mobile banking.Word Of Mouth secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat penggunaan mobile banking. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian terdahulu diharapkan untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi minat penggunaan mobile banking, menambah jumlah populasi dan sampel, serta lebih inovatif dalam mengembangkan model penelitian. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya yaitu penelitian ini dilakukan di saat masa pandemi covid-19 sehingga sedikit sulit menemukan responden dengan berbagai karakter yang berbeda
