Abstrak

There are many people who like to watch movies in Cinema 21 or many other places. However, those cinemas are just presenting new films released. This paper describes the architecture design of a project proposal DVD rental place and a mini movie theater in the corridor area Merr Surabaya. This project is expected to give the feel and the new style of enjoying the film. The main problems that exist in this project was to create a modern atmosphere, comfortable, natural and still do not leave the traditional accents in Surabaya. This design will implement and take the perspective of many groups that can form a new hope for marketing and revive the film industry in Indonesia. Thus, the design will use the natural feel of the resort, modern and traditional. So, it can create a form of design that can provide comfort visitors.
