THE APPLICATION OF UPGRADING PRODUCTIVITY BETWEEN ACTUAL EMPLOYEE AND MODIFICATION OF SCHEDULING USING FAST TRACK METHODE TO REDUCE COST AND TIME ON BUILD ITC SURABAYA

Abstrak

In based every project of construction has same managerial problems. The problems end on time, cost and quality of job. In connection with cost and time scheduling of ITC Surabaya construction project has own calculating which depend on productivity and target of  the  project. Using CPM ( Critical Path Methode ) we will analysis about productivity of employee. There are two activity in this research earthwork and foundation concrete structure. From cost planning and build  time scheduling of ITC Surabaya we get 309 days to end the project and Rp 7.359.754.664,00 to pay the employee. Based on our reseach we can get 292 days and Rp. 6.131.484.921,00 so we can reduce time to finishing 5,5 % and cost reducing 16,68%. And for all project we can get acceleration of work 5 – 6% and 15 – 17% cost savings. From this research we have conclusion that the productivity of employee isn’t optimal and need to increase. This research can use as benchmark for increasing the productivity of employee and to reducing cost of construction project ITC Surabaya
