Author Guidelines

1. Manuscripts are scientific writings in the form of narratives in the form of scientific articles resulting from research or conceptual ideas related to legal science;
2. The manuscript is your own work (no plagiarism) and has never been published in other media;
3. Systematics of writing manuscripts include: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Abstract, Key Words, Introduction, Problem Formulation, Research Methods, Discussion, Closing, Bibliography;
4. Manuscripts are typed with 1.5 spaces using A4/quarto size paper;
5. Times New Roman font with size 12;
6. The number of manuscript pages is a minimum of 10, and a maximum of 30 pages;
7. The size of the left and right margins is 4 cm, the bottom and right are 3 cm;
8. The manuscript is written in two languages, namely Indonesian and/or English;
9. The title is written in Indonesian with a size of 16 pt Times New Roman in bold (Bold), block letters, the title is not more than 12 words, the author's name (single, more than one), email address, full address of institution, affiliation, telephone /fax, and postal code (corresponding author(s)).
10. Abstract typed with single space in Indonesian and English with a maximum of 100 words equipped with keywords (Keywords) with a total of 3-5 words. Abstract is placed after the title of the manuscript and the author's name, while abstract is placed after the abstract;
11. The introduction must be clear and present the legal issues in the text. At the end of the paragraph, the author must end the sentence with significant comments regarding the objectivity and identification of the issues to be discussed in the legal research;
    1. Bibliography should use reference manager applications Mendeley, using APA style. As stated above regarding the writing of bodynote, the following is an example of what we mean by bodynote.

The problem formulation is part of the writing framework that will be answered in the discussion chapter. The writing of the problem formulation is not always made in the form of a question, the writing of the problem formulation in Justitia Jurnal Hukum is included in the introductory chapter;

1.    Research Methodology is written descriptively and must explain sentences related to the research methodology used. The research methodology is optional, depending on the legal research methodology used in the research paper;

2.    The discussion is described in the form of sub-analysis and discussion which is the object of the discussion;

3.    The closing is the last part of the research paper to answer the issues raised in the formulation of the problem completely and completely. Do not repeat the writing of the abstract or present the results of research that is experimental, but more than that, present the results of the research completely and thoroughly based on scientific justification.

1.    Graphics/Images must be clearly presented with a resolution of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) so that the image has a good resolution when printing

2.    The table must be made in the form of the open model without vertical lines

3.    Each quote is given a description of the source of the quote using the footnote model, the writing procedure is in the form of: Author's name (not reversed and without a title), year of publication, title of book (italics), place of publication: publisher, quote page (written p.)

4.    Foreign words/foreign terms/regional terms which have not been adopted into Indonesian are typed in italics/italics;

Each manuscript must use a primary library in the form of scientific articles that have been published in legal journals. The minimum number of libraries used is 10, with 80% of the total libraries being primary libraries released in 2010 and above;

Handover Preparation

1.    the submission has not been previously published, or is under consideration by another journal (or an explanation has not been provided in the comments to the editor).

2.    Script files in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file formats.

3.    If available, a URL for reference has been provided.

4.    and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed in the text at appropriate points, not at the end.

5.    Text that conforms to library requirements and stylistics is described in the Author Guidelines, which will be found on the About page. ex ones that conform to library requirements and language styles are outlined in the Author Guidelines, which will be found on the About page.

6.    If receipts are for peer-reviewed portions of the journal, the instructions can be found in Ensuring Anonymous Reviewers have been followed
